Need a service call? Nsight is here to assist!

Nsight offers business-hours coverage for the repair of our equipment or services at no charge, often within 24 hours.* Our technicians also are on-call after hours for emergencies.

Technician Hours

Nsight’s skilled technicians also are available for hire. Their hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

General Services

  • Wire new wall jacks
  • Relocate certain pieces of equipment (such as a Wi-Fi router)
  • Design creative solutions for your telecommunications needs
  • Nsight Remote control programming

Contact us for a quote. Cost will include:

  • $100 per trip
  • $50 for each additional jack

After-Hours Customer Visit

If you need emergency services, our after-hours pricing includes:

  • $135 per trip
  • $50 for each additional jack

*If an issue is due to contractor cut cable, physical damage to Nsight equipment, customer action, equipment or refusal to perform basic troubleshooting steps, reasonable fees will be applied.
